People want others to speak well of them and never gossip about them. They want to be prayed for and valued.
How can you love others as you love yourself?
Pay attention to others and really listen to what they are saying without just planning how you will respond.
Be an encourager and affirmer.

Be generous.
Pray for them.

Show respect.
Be quick to apologize when you make a mistake.
Be faithful and loyal in your relationships.
