Living the Truth: Integrating Faith, Kindness, and Love in Our Daily Lives
Embracing Compassion, Connection, and Integrity as Servants of the Lord
Stay away from the false.
Believers, it is our sacred duty to shun dishonesty in all its forms. We must tread with utmost care when passing judgments, for our decisions can have far-reaching consequences. Our mission is to shield the innocent from unjust condemnation, a responsibility that rests solely on our shoulders.
Remember, the path of lies and untruths is treacherous. Falsely condemning others is not just a mistake, but a grave offense that can lead to irreparable harm. Let this knowledge guide us in our pursuit of truth and justice.
Desire the truth
Refrain from getting involved in pointless arguments that hurt and ruin others. Use words to promote truth. Stay out of other people’s fights.
As servants of the Lord, let us not just preach, but live lives steeped in kindness, love, and patience. Let us guard against the pitfalls of self-centeredness, pride, and disobedience, and instead, strive to foster a sense of compassion and connection with all.
Hold truth and right in the highest of esteem.
Remember
God’s people speak the truth with their neighbors, and they give honest evidence while the gossip spreads deceit.
Those who tell the truth will still stand when the lying tongue has long laid quiet and dead.
God hates lying lips but loves those who tell the truth.
God’s people live out their love, not just talk about it.

Read the following notes from Pastor Alute:
Apart from soul-winning ministry training for ministers for future generations, it is a blessing to engage in word, prayer, planning, and having a meal together. Yesterday, I, fourth from right, joined 19 other pastors at Nuru Baptist church for a time with my comrades. Keep praying for Tranzoia Baptist pastor's fellowship.
These two young men, Edwin and David, were passing by our church when Edwin felt an expression to come to church in the main service. I walked out with a deacon to talk to him. When I saw them at the gate discussing in fear, then at my invite, they felt comfortable to walk in, so after service, I talked to them and found out both knew nothing about salvation. Other than striving to please God, I sat down with them. Now, they walked out with the latest knowledge of salvation by grace through faith and praised God for the true gospel. It's the power to the helpless, needy multitude.
Then, after our second service and talking to our young people, we drove 45 kilometers to Keiyo Farm Baptist church, the church I pastored for eight years from 1990 to 1998 at the invitation of pastor Joseph Etiang, standing behind me. Brother Etiang came to know the Lord in 1991 as a young man, got married in the church, trained him in ministry, became my assistant, and then, in 1998, I handed the pastorate over to him. Now, he is a grandfather of six. I spent three hours speaking to these men and encouraging them to serve God within the local church and society. Praise God
Absolutely, God is worshipped in spirit and truth. Thank you.
