Betty and I recently had the chance to preach again at New Hope Baptist Church in Goode, Virginia. The pastor there is Don Rice. He is 82 years old. He has served as a missionary for over 25 years, pastored, and really done all there is to do in the ministry. He is super kind and been the best of friends. Be available. Pay attention. Think of others first. Do whatever you find to do with all your heart and ability for the glory of God. Do not be so closed up in yourself, your hurt, your bitterness, your past that you miss all that God has for you to do.
